Shipping Information
Where we ship
Right now we ship within the United States only. Going global is on the roadmap, so join our Influxious Insiders to be the first to know the moment we ship to you.
Order processing
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, so anything placed over the weekend begins processing the next business day. If you order during a launch or promo window, give us an extra day. Volume is a good problem to have.
Delivery time
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, standard delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days within the U.S. Add the 1 to 2 days of processing on the front end and most orders land within about a week of being placed.
Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Flat-rate standard shipping applies to orders under $100, calculated at checkout.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost, with rates based on your location and how fast you need it.
Tracking
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing movement while the carrier scans it in. Do not see your tracking email? Check your spam and promotions folders, then reach out to support@influxious.co and we will resend it.
PO boxes
Yes, we ship to PO boxes within the U.S. Just enter your PO box as the shipping address at checkout.
Changing your address or canceling
We move fast, so the window is short.

Address changes: If your order has not shipped yet, email support@influxious.co right away with your order number and the corrected address and we will do our best to update it. Once an order is packed and on its way, the address cannot be changed.

Cancellations: If your order has not shipped yet, email support@influxious.co with your order number and we will cancel and refund you. Once it ships, it cannot be canceled.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed at checkout.
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
My tracking says delivered but I cannot find it
First, check around your porch, mailbox, and with neighbors or your building's front desk, and give it 24 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a little early. If it still has not turned up, email support@influxious.co with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim and make it right.
My package never arrived
If tracking never showed delivery or your order is clearly lost in transit, email support@influxious.co with your order number within 14 days of the expected delivery date. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice.
My tracking stopped updating
Most of the time the package is still moving even when the scans pause. If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days, email support@influxious.co with your order number and we will open a carrier inquiry and stay on it until it is resolved.
My package is delayed
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands, and weather or high-volume periods can cause delays. Check your tracking for the latest status. If it has been stuck with no movement for 5 or more business days, reach out to support@influxious.co and we will chase it down.
I think my package was stolen
Email support@influxious.co with your order number as soon as possible. For confirmed theft, we may ask you to file a report with the carrier or local authorities, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. Because fragrance is a personal, intimate product, our return policy is built to be fair to you and safe for everyone.
What can be returned
Unopened, full-size (50ml) fragrances in their original sealed wrapping may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To keep your return eligible, please leave the cellophane and packaging intact.
What cannot be returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different scent, the Discovery Set is the best way to find your match, and the $25 credit applies toward your full-size.
How to start a return
Email support@influxious.co with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Items
If something arrives wrong, we make it right, and you never pay to fix our mistake.
My item arrived damaged (broken bottle, damaged cap, or leak)
Email support@influxious.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the affected item and packaging. We will send a replacement right away. No need to send the damaged one back.
Something is missing from my order
Email support@influxious.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and tell us what is missing. We will verify against your order and ship the missing item out to you right away.
My Collector's Vault arrived damaged
Because the Collector's Vault is a limited-edition collector item, it is non-returnable, but we will always make it right if it arrives damaged. Email support@influxious.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will take care of you.
Buying at Sephora
Can I return a Sephora purchase to Influxious?
No. Returns go back to wherever you purchased. Anything bought on Sephora.com follows Sephora's return policy and must be returned through Sephora. Anything bought directly from us at influxious.co comes back to us.
Same fragrance, wherever you shop
Whether you purchase from Sephora or directly from Influxious, you are receiving the exact same fragrance, formula, and quality. The only difference is where you choose to shop.
