Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Once it leaves our fulfillment center, you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking sent straight to your inbox. If you ordered during a launch or promo window, give us an extra day, volume is a good problem to have.
After your order ships, standard delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days in the U.S. Add 1 to 2 business days of processing on the front end, so most orders land within about a week from when you hit place order.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away at support@influxious.co with your order number and the corrected address and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order is packed and on its way, we can't change the address, so reach out quick.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes within the U.S. via USPS. Just enter your PO box as the shipping address at checkout.

We want you to love your Influxious fragrance. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for 50mL fragrances that remain unopened and in their original sealed cellophane wrapping.
To start a return, contact Customer Support at support@influxious.co and include your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information. Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
