If you have sensitive skin or a known fragrance sensitivity, we recommend testing your fragrance on a small area first.

There’s no one right way, but we love applying fragrance to moisturized skin and spraying pulse points like the wrists, neck, and décolletage. Want more presence? Add a light mist to your clothing. Want to make it your own? Layer two Influxious fragrances together and create your own signature combination.

Your fragrance likes the same thing you do: a cool, comfortable environment. Keep your bottle away from direct sunlight, heat, and major temperature changes. A dresser, vanity away from a sunny window, or closet is perfect. And yes, the bottle is pretty enough to display. Just keep her out of the sun.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, standard U.S. delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.

During launches and promotional periods, please allow an additional business day for processing. Most orders arrive within about a week of being placed.

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8 rate.

Changed your mind or spotted an address mistake? You have 1 hour after placing your order to update your shipping address or cancel directly through our site.

After that window, email support@influxious.co with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

We want you to love what you wear. Unopened 50mL fragrances in their original sealed cellophane may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll provide a complimentary prepaid return label. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund the purchase price minus a $4 restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may need a few additional days for the refund to appear.

Email support@influxious.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number. If your item arrived damaged or leaking, please include a photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll send a replacement or the missing item as quickly as possible. If your item was damaged, there’s no need to send it back.

First, check around your porch or mailbox, with neighbors, or with your building’s front desk. We also recommend giving it 24 hours, since carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they actually arrive.
